A recognized, unmet need was discovered in the area of force options training at scale. Through the use of force option simulator rentals and training, small law enforcement agencies, carry concealed weapons (CCW) trainers and holders, community groups and security organizations have access to affordable training options. Co-Owner Mark Durmisevich is a 20 year law-enforcement professional with experience in both field and training assignments. During his time as a full-time police officer he worked assignments, including patrol, traffic investigation, DUI enforcement and field training officer. Mark has achieved his California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training Master Instructor Certification completing the four levels of the POST Instructor Development Institute (IDI). His experience as an instructor includes teaching the POST Academy Instructor Certification Course, IDI Level II - Intermediate Instructor Development, field training officer course, driver training, instructor, force options, and collision investigation courses.
